Warranty Coverage:

All Minicare devices (e.g., IPL Handy, HIFU Advance, LED Mask) come with a 6-months limited warranty against manufacturing defects. An extended limited warranty of 1-year can be purchased additionally.

Warranty Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team through our website or email us at warranty@minicare.pk
  • Immediately record video proof of the problem/issue and share via WhatsApp at 03262000909 along with the warranty card picture.
  • You will need to provide your proof of purchase and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • We will work with you to diagnose the issue and determine if it is covered under warranty.
    If your device is covered under warranty, we will offer you a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Important Notes:

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Warranties only apply to devices purchased from us or any authorized Minicare retailers.

Full Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Minicare.pk products for your skincare needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. This document outlines the warranty terms and conditions for all applicable devices by Minicare Pakistan.

1. Warranty Coverage:

Minicare warrants your device against manufacturing defects for 6-months for free and 1-year as an add-on.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Use of non-genuine accessories
  • Power surges, UPS and generator used
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or other external events

2. Making a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team through our website or email us at warranty@minicare.pk.
  • Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing in detail.
  • Our customer service team will work with you to diagnose the issue and determine if it is covered under warranty.

3. Remedies:

If your device is covered under warranty, we will offer you one of the following options at our discretion:

  • Repair: We will repair your device using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replacement: We will replace your device with a new or refurbished unit of the same model or equivalent.
  • Refund: If we are unable to repair or replace your device, we will offer you a full refund of the purchase price.

4. Important Notes:

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the device.

  • You must retain your proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
  • This warranty is void if the device has been tampered with or modified in any way.
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Return Policy (in addition to Warranty):

If you have a mind change or not completely satisfied with your Minicare device within 7 days of purchase, you can return it with 40% deduction of total product price, plus a standard 10% restocking fee and shipping fee. (This is because change of mind is not considered a valid reason to claim a return and satisfaction needs at-least 3-6 months of usage dedication to see the results). Read Complete Return Policy
